1. Data we collect

No account is needed to order from Classic Vins. We collect no mandatory personal data to browse the site or place an order.

When you send us an order on WhatsApp, you voluntarily share your phone number and the order content with us. This data is used solely to manage your order and its delivery.

2. Local storage in your browser

Your selection, favourite wines and order history are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This data is never sent to any server and can be erased at any time by clearing your browser data.

3. Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, Cloudflare’s simple analytics tool, to understand how the site is visited (pages viewed, duration, approximate country).

This tool is anonymous: it uses no cookies, identifies no visitor and collects no personal data. No cross-referencing or personalised advertising is performed.

4. Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking. The only local data is what is stored in your browser for the selection feature to work (see point 2).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except when required by law.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email at info@classic-vins.com.
